The blackout curtains and comfy beds made for the best night's sleep, and having a cozy cooking/dining space was a plus. The location is perfect, with a stunning view of the river and a fantastic park for morning dog walks. Plus, it's within walking distance of great restaurants. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, especially for our furry friend. Can't wait to come back!

Our stay at River View was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town but still quiet and peaceful. The house itself was beautifully designed and luxurious, it felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the attention to detail, from the multiple coffee options to the high-end furnishings. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The fact that it was dog-friendly was a bonus for us. Dawn, the host, was great at communicating and even left a welcome hamper for us. we had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Dumfries.
